DELIVERY

When we have received your order we strive to get your artwork to you as soon as possible. If the item that you have ordered is in stock, it will be dispatched within 24 hours (on working days). If the item is not in stock and you live in the Netherlands, we strive to deliver your package to you within 5 working days. If the item is not in stock and you live in the EU, we strive to deliver your package to you within 10 working days. We deliver to any country in the world, and we offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are included in the final order and mentioned in the order confirmation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are a consumer in the sense of article 5 of Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code, you may return your purchase within 14 days after the package has been delivered to the delivery address. In order to process your return correctly, make sure you fill in the information on the return form that you received with your order and send it back to the address listed on the return form. Please send you package back in the original packaging and with the same postorder company that you have received it with. If you are not sure which postorder company you should use, please send an email to us via info@carolapavlik.com and we will let you know.

Every item comes in a linen box. The item itself is packaged in a sealed transparent wrapping. If the item is damaged and/or if the linen box is damaged and/or if the seal is broken and/or or if the wrapping is damaged, the item cannot be returned and no refunds will be made.

If you are not a consumer as mentioned in article 9.1 and/or if you purchase consists of an artwork that has been custom made for you, it is not possible to return your purchase.

It is not possible to exchange your purchase. If you would like to order a different item, please return the original item and purchase the new item separately.

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank, and will exclude return shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items). If your order has been sent to a destination outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Kore Collection. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

SECURITY OF YOUR PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Ideal, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Giropay, Sofort Banking , Bank transfer, Bancontact, Direct debit, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Kore Collection.

All credit card transactions in the webshop are processed using MultiSafepay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Kore Collection uses the highest industry protection as per PCI DSS standards, HTTPS, data encryption and 3-D Secure technology via MultiSafepay.

In addition, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the webshop.

INSURANCE

Kore Collection insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by the third party (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

PACKAGING

All our orders will be sent in our customary packaging. However, for safety reasons, the box in which it will be delivered will be an ordinary brown delivery box

WEBSITE SECURITY

Kore Collection uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure. This protects and encrypts the data you send to us over the internet- for example when you login or save something in your account. When SSL is enabled, you can find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration if you click on the padlock at the top of your browser. VAT

All the prices of the Happy Reflection Portraits replica’s or Portrait Commissions on our website include 21% VAT. Original artworks include 6% VAT.

TRAINING

All training bookings are subject to availability. Trainings normally run with a suitable
minimum of participants. Should a training be cancelled because of shortage of participants you will be offered a place on an alternative training or a full refund of fees paid.

You have the right to cancel the training within 14 days, starting from the date of the application. If you decide you do not want to enroll on a training, you can notify us of your decision within the specified term and receive a refund. If your training is due to start within 14 days of when a booking is made, your right to cancel will not apply.

If the 14 day period referred to above has elapsed, but your training has not started, you can cancel your training, however you will be liable for any charges incurred on your behalf (e.g. hotel reservations; tutor engagement) plus an administrative fee to cover the amount of work undertaken on your behalf, subject to a minimum administrative charge of € 150,- excluding of VAT. A refund of the difference between fees paid and the charges above will be made to you.

Refunds will not be payable in case of cancellation after a training has started.
