Prince’s Day In Front Of The Gallery- Carola Pavlik

Prince’s Day is the day on which the reigning monarch of the Netherlands (currently King Willem-Alexander) addresses a joint session of the Dutch Senate and House of Representatives in the Hall of Knights in The Hague. The Speech from the Throne sets out the main features of government policy for the coming parliamentary session.

King Willem – Alexander and Queen Maxima departed from Palace Noordeinde in the golden coach their journey to the Hall of Knight. For this occasion Carola decorated  her  gallery windows in front of the palace with her Happy Reflection Portraits of our Queen Maxima, Reflection of Purity and Princess Beatrix, Reflection of Loyalty.

The Royals were able to see themselves in the portraits while seated in the golden coach!
